  • Is Vuruta compliant with Indian payroll regulations?

    Yes. PF, ESI, Professional Tax (state-wise) and TDS deductions are computed every cycle, with challan-ready reports for EPFO and ESIC. Form 16 Part B generation runs at year-end, and bank files are produced in the formats ICICI, HDFC and SBI expect.

  • How is my company’s data isolated from other tenants?

    Every workspace is multi-tenant isolated by design. Your data sits in its own tenant namespace, is only reachable from your own subdomain (e.g. yourname.vuruta.com), and is backed up tenant-by-tenant daily to encrypted storage in Mumbai (ap-south-1).

  • Can I bring my own Microsoft 365 for sign-in?

    Yes. SSO through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is included on every plan. We also support Google Workspace SSO. Users keep signing in with the identity they already have, and admins get an audit trail of every sign-in.

  • Do you offer migration help from Zoho People / Keka / GreytHR?

    For Growth and Enterprise, yes — our team will import your employee master, leave balances and payroll history for the current financial year at no extra cost. Starter customers get a documented CSV template and email support.

  • Where is Vuruta hosted?

    All production data is hosted on AWS in Mumbai (ap-south-1). The marketing site you’re reading right now is served from the same region. We never move Indian employee data outside the country.

  • What happens if we cancel?

    You can export every employee record, every payslip and every document as a single ZIP. Your workspace stays read-only for 30 days after cancellation, then is permanently deleted along with its backups within 60 days.
